Brother Phil’s life message is captured in Acts 28:31, “Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence…” It has been said of his ministry that he is a teacher by gifting, a prophet by calling and a revivalist by nature.

Pastors George and Carolyn are some of the founding elders of Living Water Full Gospel Church which was founded by Frank & Phyllis Dupree in 1978. They have served as the Senior Pastors of Living Water Church since 1991. They have a heart for the members of their church community and for the East End of Long Island. They love spending time with their family, going to the beach and, of course, Mets baseball! You’ll often hear them say this when they preach “Never give up!” That pertains to all of life and the NY Mets Baseball Team too!
